




Job Summary: A paid traffic professional responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a focus on leads, conversions, and ROI, aligning strategies with client objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of paid traffic campaigns for leads and conversions 2. Creation and monitoring of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns 3. Participation in client meetings to understand business objectives Plan, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on lead generation, conversion rate improvement, and ROI enhancement, aligning media strategies with the client's or company's business goals * Create paid traffic campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, following best practices and team guidelines; * Suggest creative ideas based on audience references and basic demographic data; * Assist in developing persuasive scripts and copy aligned with the client's value proposition, supported by peers; * Monitor basic performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL) to identify campaigns requiring adjustments; * Perform simple configurations in Business Manager (BM) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), such as account linkages and pixel creation; * Support resolution of operational issues in accounts and pages, assisted by the team or Meta support; * Participate in meetings with clients and the sales team to understand business context and lead quality; * Conduct simple A/B tests under guidance to evaluate creative and targeting performance; * Verify active advertising budgets to prevent campaign interruptions; * Implement basic tracking via GTM and UTMs on websites and landing pages; * Support the creation of drawflows and action plans based on PRGS, under supervision; * Use AI tools to generate simple insights and accelerate deliverables; * Conduct initial CRM audits and suggest improvements based on customer service standards; * Present basic performance reports with leadership support.
