Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Internal Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives, strengthen the brand's digital presence, and support the sales department. Strengthening brand identity and lead generation We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Internal Marketing Manager to oversee the planning and execution of the company's marketing activities. Responsibilities include developing campaigns, strengthening the brand's digital presence, supporting the sales department, and monitoring performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and execute online and offline marketing strategies * Manage social media accounts and editorial calendars * Create and monitor paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) * Develop lead generation strategies * Monitor metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) * Support the sales team with conversion materials and strategies * Manage vendors (designers, printing services, agencies, etc.) * Reinforce brand positioning and identity Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
