Job Summary: Responsible for fleet management, including team leadership, equipment inspection, and control of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring readiness for use. Key Highlights: 1. Daily operational support and service scheduling **Tractor and truck rental company.** **POSITION: Responsibilities include:** \- Fleet management: Lead and inspect the team, equipment maintenance conditions and programs, rental procedures, and measurement closing. \- Maintenance management: Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machines are ready for use and minimize downtime. \- Daily operational support (checklists, service scheduling, and workshop coordination). **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Experience with systems; Excel spreadsheets; Accounts payable and receivable. \- Formal employment record (CLT) with minimum one year of prior experience. **WORK SCHEDULE:** \- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM / Saturday: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **BENEFITS** \- Commitment allowance R$ 300.00 Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
