Interface with maintenance for asset replacement decisions Job Mission Manage the lifecycle of Rede Máquinas’ fleet assets, from entry (acquisition/documentation) to demobilization (sale/disposal). The focus is to ensure fleet compliance with traffic authorities and technical standards, control ownership costs, and optimize equipment availability. Competencies and Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, or Engineering. * **Hard Skills:** Advanced Excel, Contract Management, Knowledge of Traffic Legislation (CONTRAN/DETRAN). * **Soft Skills:** Analytical mindset, organization, and ability to negotiate with insurance companies and licensing agents. * **Documentation Management:** Control licensing, IPVA, insurance, and technical conformity certificates for fleet machinery and trucks. * + **Cost Control (TCO):** Analyze Total Cost of Ownership, monitoring expenses related to fuel, depreciation, and claims. + **Tire and Fuel Management:** Implement tread depth measurement controls, tire rotation, and telematics to reduce consumption. + **Telematics Monitoring:** Monitor machinery usage in real time to identify underutilization or severe usage impacting resale value. + **Interface with Maintenance:** Support decisions on when an asset should be replaced, based on breakdown history versus market value.
