T-Ract is a company specializing in technology solutions for transportation and logistics management. We provide innovative tools to optimize operations and increase efficiency in the sector. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service by exchanging product-related information via e-commerce and marketplace channels, identifying customers' needs to support sales expansion. Analyze inventory levels by evaluating the average number of items ordered on platforms versus available stock, aiming to meet online purchase demand. Evaluate sales performance on online platforms by analyzing metrics such as ROI, engagement, and other key indicators to provide strategic insights for managerial decision-making. Monitor sales from invoicing through to order delivery to ensure compliance with customer order fulfillment. Analyze opportunities for product promotion via banners on online sales websites to enhance brand visibility and increase sales. Conduct market research related to e-commerce, including offer pages, product presentations, campaigns, promotions, and landing pages for lead generation, among other strategies, to boost electronic market sales. Analyze traffic-to-sales ratios using Google Analytics reports to identify consumer behavior and opportunities for improvement, including pricing and product specification strategies relative to competitors. Register products by entering specifications and prices provided by the immediate manager, while updating stock availability to support sales growth. Develop digital action plans based on information gathering, submitting them for review and approval by the immediate manager to boost online store sales. Create campaigns to maximize electronic sales in collaboration with the marketing team, aiming to increase platform traffic and expand sales. Analyze and monitor e-commerce KPIs—including visitor flow, average order value, conversion rate, sales, visits, regionalization, stockouts, and competitiveness—to identify opportunities for improving sales strategies and supporting the immediate manager’s strategic decision-making. Prepare KPI reports on achieved results by collecting data and information from systems and control spreadsheets to provide the immediate manager with strategic decision-making support.
