Strategic support to the finance department in payment management. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of traffic laws, cargo transportation regulations, and vehicle documentation; * Fleet cost management, including fuel, maintenance, tires, and other fleet inputs; * Basic understanding of route planning and delivery deadline management; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct high-value negotiations and strategic contracts—including credit limits and billing terms—to secure optimal commercial and contractual conditions for the company; * Maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact; * Critically analyze and optimize the entire procurement and supply chain logistics flow; * Provide strategic support to the finance department in managing large volumes of payments, structuring financial terms with suppliers, and resolving complex financial discrepancies; among other duties inherent to the role.
