Opportunity for learning and development in the field **Job Opening: Toolroom Assistant** **Location: Maracanaú – CE** **Job Description:** Aurorense Industry is hiring a **Toolroom Assistant** to support maintenance, organization, and fabrication of tools used in production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Support machining processes for parts and components. * Assist in measurement and quality control using metrology instruments. * Support maintenance and adjustment of cutting, bending, and drawing tools. * Assist in material cutting using torches, following safety regulations. * Organize the workplace and maintain tools in proper working condition. * Provide support to toolmakers and technical team as instructed. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of technical drawing and metrology. * Fundamental knowledge of machining and cutting, bending, and drawing tools. * Basic understanding of material cutting using torches. * Interest in learning and developing skills in the field. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity. * Technical course in mechanical engineering or related fields (in progress or completed) is preferred. **Benefits:** * Salary according to industry standards. * **Meals:** Morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack provided by the company. * **Transportation:** Transportation allowance paid weekly into the employee’s account. * **Health and Well\-Being:** Dental and medical plans with no co-payment and no waiting period. * **Pharmacy:** Pharmacy partnership program. * **Recognition:** Basic food basket awarded for attendance.
