




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing the entire procurement cycle, from analyzing purchase requisitions and developing suppliers to negotiation and inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the procurement and supplier lifecycle. 2. Cost and delivery timeline optimization. 3. Development and qualification of new suppliers. * Receive and analyze Purchase Requisitions, ensuring demand fulfillment across departments; * Develop and qualify new material and service suppliers through market research, aiming to reduce costs; * Analyze received commercial proposals by comparing them with previous purchases and identify price deviations; * Develop, implement, and maintain procurement KPIs; * Procure products according to the input/CAPEX list and quality criteria required by clinics, at the lowest possible cost and delivery time; * Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers; * Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner suppliers; * Manage suppliers through registration, qualification, and evaluation; * Continuously seek better products and suppliers; * Issue purchase orders; * Analyze procurement results (efficiency) and identify cost reduction opportunities; * Collaborate with the finance department in the controller area; * Organize and control company inventory. Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, and supplier relations; * Advanced Excel knowledge.
