Ensure organization and accuracy in procurement processes Job Description: A professional responsible for executing and monitoring the entire procurement process—from requesting quotations and negotiations to order control, deliveries, and payments—ensuring organization, accuracy, and alignment with internal departments (executive management, finance, and construction). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare **quotations for materials and services**, paying close attention to: pricing, payment terms, and installment plans * Place **purchases** upon approval by executive management * **Request purchase authorization from Directors** prior to forwarding payment requests to Finance * **Register suppliers** in the procurement system for direct purchases * **Enter orders into the system** and keep information up to date * **Monitor material deliveries**, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and conditions * Develop and maintain **procurement tracking spreadsheets for construction projects (Excel)** * Prepare **budget estimates and proposals** * Monitor **payments with Finance**, including both company-initiated payments and direct customer billings **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed) is preferred; * Experience in procurement and quotation processes * Knowledge of commercial budgeting and proposals * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Familiarity with FOB and CIF delivery terms * Basic understanding of ICMS * Organizational skills, attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Food basket * Profit-sharing program Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Fuel subsidy or transportation allowance * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.900,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel subsidy * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
