Support for process automation and continuous improvement Description: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in accounting, finance, or auditing; * Basic knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and reconciliations; * Basic Excel skills; * Knowledge of BI tools. * Willingness to travel. * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. * Assist with asset management department routines, including opening and closing PEPs, asset movements, reconciliations, asset inventory, and monthly departmental closing, etc.; * Analyze and monitor financial information to ensure data accuracy and consistency; * Prepare reconciliations, asset movements, and accounting account analyses; * Assist in preparing management reports and financial indicators; * Contribute to assembling presentations of results; * Respond to external audit requests by organizing documentation and evidence, clarifying questions, and providing support to other departments of the Company during the audit process; * Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement of departmental routines and spreadsheets. * Participate in reviewing and optimizing the department's operational routines. * Provide internal customers with support regarding questions related to financial and accounting processes; * Participate monthly in inventory processes conducted across various Alvoar units. 2512100202181911618
