We are building our **Shared Services Center (SSC)** and seeking professionals eager to grow with us, contributing to standardization, continuous improvement, and evolution of our financial processes.
We are looking for a **Senior Financial Analyst** with an analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. The candidate will be responsible for the SSC’s integrated financial operations, serving multiple business units while ensuring financial data reliability, cash flow predictability, and internal process efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**
**Integrated Financial Management (SSC)**
* Execute and standardize the Group’s Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles.
* Ensure service delivery to units via standardized workflows and internal SLAs.
**Treasury and Reconciliation**
* Perform daily bank reconciliations.
* Resolve discrepancies and ensure financial balance reliability.
**Planning and Cash Flow Management**
* Update actual vs. forecasted cash flow.
* Support short- and medium-term financial forecasting.
**Revenue, Billing, and Control**
* Monitor Group billing activities.
* Ensure accuracy of receivables and system integrations.
**Reporting, KPIs, and Continuous Improvement**
* Produce managerial reports and financial KPIs (DPO, DSO, aging, pending reconciliations).
* Support internal and external audits.
* Propose improvements and automation initiatives to enhance SSC efficiency.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations (treasury, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation).
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
* Experience with financial ERP systems.
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Experience with Shared Services Centers.
* Prior experience in healthcare or clinics.
* Knowledge of BI tools and data analysis.
* Understanding of applied accounting (classification, reconciliations, provisions).
