Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing quantity takeoffs, quotations, budgets, preliminary designs, and participating in technical and commercial meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of budgets and preliminary designs 2. Participation in technical and commercial meetings 3. Obtaining quotations from suppliers REQUIREMENTS: * Completed or currently pursuing a higher education degree in Building Technology, Architecture and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Availability to work Monday through Friday; * Availability for on-site work in Eusébio/CE. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare quantity takeoffs; * Obtain quotations from suppliers; * Prepare budgets; * Prepare and present Service Authorizations (AS); * Prepare preliminary designs; * Participate in technical and commercial meetings; * Perform other duties inherent to the role.
