Responsibilities and Duties: * Oversee and organize internal unit processes, ensuring smooth daily routines; * Guide and support the team, ensuring alignment with operational guidelines; * Manage materials, including entries and exits, as well as periodic audits; * Monitor operational information and performance metrics to support decision-making; * Maintain internal standards for organization and presentation of the store environment; * Supervise administrative procedures related to opening, closing, and financial transactions; * Contribute to delivering an appropriate customer experience, emphasizing quality, clarity, and positive relationships. Requirements and Qualifications: * Minimum high school education; additional training is considered a plus; * Prior experience in team coordination or supervision roles; * Experience in commercial environments or public-facing customer service operations; * Ability to lead people, organize tasks, and handle daily negotiations; * Familiarity with control routines, performance tracking, and process organization; * Proficiency in using digital tools and internal systems.
