Development of performance indicators Responsibilities: \- Manage financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, treasury, cash flow, and reconciliations. \- Lead and coordinate the Accounting, Tax, and Controller departments, ensuring alignment, adherence to deadlines, and delivery quality. \- Ensure accurate accounting entries, monthly closing, and preparation of financial statements. \- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and variance analysis. \- Develop and monitor financial, accounting, and economic performance indicators. \- Support executive management and senior leadership in result analysis, economic feasibility assessment, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. \- Proven experience in financial management, with managerial responsibilities and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. \- Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, controller functions, financial planning, and budgeting. \- Prior experience in the retail sector is considered a plus.
