Continuous collaboration with the mechanic team We are looking for a **Technical Automotive Consultant** to deliver specialized customer service and technical support to our clients. If you are results-oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer service, this position is for you! You will closely monitor the entire vehicle repair process, ensuring all work is performed correctly while keeping the customer informed and satisfied. You will also maintain constant interaction with the mechanic team, collaborating to ensure services are delivered with excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service by identifying customers' needs and advising them technically regarding the necessity of required repairs; * Conduct checklists, open service orders, and prepare estimates to present to the customer in order to establish delivery timelines; * Monitor service progress and deliver the vehicle to the customer, explaining the services performed and clarifying any possible questions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Driver's license category B; * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in customer service and negotiation; * Technical education or courses in the automotive field are a plus. **Additional Information** * TotalPass; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Health plan (optional enrollment); * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Mental health support program; * Discounts at educational institutions and language schools.
