




● Support recruitment and selection processes, and employee training and development ● Participate in and propose suggestions for improving internal processes ● Assist in and conduct onboarding training for new employees, in accordance with company guidelines ● Conduct the performance evaluation process for newly hired employees during their probationary period ● Monitor and track outcomes of people development initiatives ● Update the employee competency matrix ● Maintain up-to-date job descriptions, as directed by management ● Monitor and analyze departmental performance indicators ● Support updates to the job classification and compensation structure, considering internal policies and compliance with legislation ● Participate in salary benchmarking surveys for new positions or as required ● Conduct exit interviews with departing employees ● Support employee evaluation processes ● Conduct and analyze results of the Organizational Climate Survey, as directed by management ● Assist in implementing actions related to strategies and initiatives concerning culture, climate, and internal communication ● Perform other duties relevant to the position and/or assigned by senior management Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$630.01 – R$900.00 per week Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
