Your mission is to plan, schedule, and control the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources, adherence to deadlines, and product availability according to demand, thereby contributing to cost reduction and maximizing organizational results. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and control daily inputs for feed production across four factories; * Validate feed requests from units by comparing them via feed MRP; * Monitor/control daily feed deliveries by location; * Track strategic management indicators for the area; * Perform production scheduling and control throughout the entire feed factory production chain, conducting inventory analysis based on the company’s production capacity; * Integrate SAP and Avecom system databases to identify gaps and opportunities, proposing improvements to productive and financial results. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Animal Science, or related fields; * Experience in production planning and control, preferably in the poultry sector; * Knowledge of indicator management and productive data analysis; * Proficiency in management systems such as SAP is considered a plus; * Advanced Excel; * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency.
