Opportunity to enhance landscaping and ensure visual standards **Job Summary:** Coordinate condominium green areas to ensure the health and aesthetics of green spaces, leading a team of 17 people, organizing activities from soil preparation to periodic maintenance of plant species and external area cleaning. Landscaping improvements. **Responsibilities:** * We are seeking an execution-oriented, organized professional with inspiring leadership skills to manage our gardening and green area conservation operations. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Lead gardeners and assistants, organizing work schedules, task assignments, and ensuring proper use of PPE. * **Operational Planning:** Develop pruning, fertilization, pest control, and irrigation system maintenance schedules. * **Supply Logistics:** Manage inventory of tools, machine fuel, fertilizers, and seedlings. * **Technical Support:** Conduct periodic technical inspections to ensure visual standards and plant health at client sites/units. * **Training:** Train staff on operating machinery (brush cutters, blowers) and ornamental pruning techniques. **Candidate Profile:** * **Experience:** Proven experience coordinating operational gardening teams or facility services. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in fertilization cycles, soil types, pest identification, and operation of heavy garden machinery. * **Preferred Qualifications:** Technical degree in Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or Environmental Science; valid driver’s license (Class B). * **Attitude:** Proactive problem-solving in field conditions and excellent interpersonal skills.
