




Job Summary: The NTSEC Group is seeking an intern to support monitoring of clients' IT environments, notify alerts, perform ticket triage, and provide first-level incident response. If you are eager to learn, evolve, and drive results, **this opportunity may be yours.** ?? **MISSIONS: ?** * Support monitoring of clients’ IT environments via dashboards, identifying performance degradation and outages; * Notify alerts received on monitoring platforms; * Perform triage and first-level response to tickets and incidents; * Contact service providers in case of link failures; * Escalate tickets unresolved during first-level response. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT (from the 3rd semester onward, preferably in Computer Networks); * Basic knowledge of Computer Networks, Windows, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Benefits:** Day off (birthday), Food (restaurants and supermarkets), Total Pass, Commuter Benefit, Vittude (mental health)
