Sessions at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Join the "Mastering Your Filter Coffee" workshop, a hands-on, guided experience for those seeking to advance their specialty coffee brewing skills and understand, in the cup, how variables in the filter method impact the final result. The workshop will be led by Sílvia Magalhães at Casa Hario, with two sessions on January 20, 2026. The session focuses on introducing and practicing—comparatively—three iconic extraction methods: V60, Mugem, and Syphon. The key distinction of this workshop is learning through experimentation: you’ll adjust one variable and observe how it changes the final outcome—and how to fine-tune it to achieve your desired beverage profile.
