The **Mandic Group’s Post-Medical Unit Coordinator** plays a strategic and multifaceted role, essential to the academic and administrative excellence of master’s and doctoral programs, as well as to the management of the medical clinic. Key responsibilities include: **1. Academic Management** * Supervises stricto sensu and lato sensu postgraduate courses (master’s and doctoral degrees, specialization), ensuring compliance with CAPES/MEC guidelines. * Coordinates pedagogical and curricular planning for programs, aligning them with scientific and societal demands in the health field. * Monitors academic performance of students and advisors, promoting continuous improvement initiatives. **2. Institutional Administration** * Acts as the liaison between the institution’s general coordination, faculty, and students. * Manages processes such as scheduling examination boards, qualifying exams, and dissertation and thesis defenses. * Supervises the use of academic resources, including laboratories, digital platforms, and libraries. **3. Strategic Planning** * Participates in defining course quality goals and indicators. * Contributes to securing external funding and institutional partnerships, aiming at the financial sustainability of programs. * Encourages innovation and internationalization through research projects and exchange programs with foreign institutions. **4. Representation and Communication** * Represents the unit on internal and external committees, such as the Research Ethics Committee and the Internationalization Committee. * Promotes course visibility and scientific outcomes at events, conferences, and publications. **5.
