





Mid-Level Spare Parts Analyst Responsibilities:* Replenish spare parts in the warehouse, conduct weekly demand analysis, and propose corrective actions. * Provide spare parts for corrective and preventive maintenance to production departments, issue purchase requests and perform follow-up. * Maintain technical contact with suppliers. * Create and generate various reports on spare parts control and associated costs. * Analyze technical documentation related to spare parts and assess their need for replacement or maintenance. * Comply with procurement procedures established by the supply department. * Identify discrepancies between purchased and received parts. * Ensure correct specifications for cataloging and purchasing items. * Perform mechanical drawings of spare parts – sketches and AutoCAD. * Propose improvements for the production area and maintenance tools.
