Job Summary: We are seeking a Nutritionist to plan and supervise food service operations, and manage costs and training programs at Atlântica Agroindustrial. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and develop menus; * Guide and supervise receiving and storage of goods, pre-preparation, preparation, and distribution of snacks and meals; * Conduct monthly meal cost assessments; * Develop monthly work schedules; * Plan and implement mandatory training programs in accordance with RDC 216; * Request procurement of food supplies from the procurement department according to the planned schedule; * Ensure order and maintenance of proper hygiene conditions in facilities, premises, and equipment; * Plan and monitor internal and external events. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition; * Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in centralized food service units (UAN); * Personal transportation; * Willingness and availability to travel. **We value if you also have:** * Prior experience performing the duties described above. **Additional Information** **What we offer you:** * Health Insurance – Optional (company covers 50%); * Dental Insurance; * On-site meals; * Transportation Allowance; * Partnerships with pharmacies, optical stores, and educational institutions; * Life Insurance; * Massage therapy, physiotherapy, and pilates services; * Psychological support on-call service; * Leisure area.
