**Requirements:** * Higher education (currently enrolled or completed). * Experience in the field. * Knowledge of internal marketing; * Knowledge of events; * Knowledge of graphic design; * Knowledge of project management. **Responsibilities:** * Promote vonixx’s planned events—both virtual and in-person—from scheduling dates and times, budget estimation, gift inventory management, supplier coordination, and other related tasks; * Request the creation of graphic and digital materials for campaigns according to predefined content guidelines, target audience, and established action timelines; contact printing companies and request quotations for various printed materials to enhance brand visibility in the market; * Receive, filter, and tabulate results from marketing and internal marketing activities carried out by vonixx, preparing reports and charts to support the immediate manager’s decision-making process; * Develop and update marketing-related performance reports using collected data and information to assist the immediate manager in formulating strategies and improvements; * Request the marketing production team to create point-of-sale materials, internal announcements, campaign promotions, presentations, and other assets, sharing activity briefings and submitting them for approval by the immediate manager; * Maintain and update vonixx’s communication channels in alignment with ongoing campaigns, deadlines, and instructions or requests from the immediate manager, ensuring visual identity consistency across all vonixx communication channels; * Conduct periodic meetings with department managers to identify sales performance metrics, detect bottlenecks and required actions, thereby providing the immediate manager with relevant information for developing marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales; * Carry out customer bonus procedures as directed by the immediate manager, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction.
