




The Technical Responsible is a senior-level professional responsible for ensuring the technical and legal compliance of the company's activities. He supervises teams, prepares reports, and ensures that processes comply with current standards. Act as the company's Technical-Chemical Responsible before regulatory agencies, ensuring legal, technical, and environmental compliance of industrial processes and of chemicals used, handled, or marketed, in accordance with requirements set forth by the Regional Chemistry Council (CRQ) and other applicable legislation. * Assume Technical Responsibility (TR) for the company before the CRQ and other relevant oversight agencies (ANVISA, IBAMA, Federal Police, etc.). * Issue Technical Responsibility Statements (ARTs) as required by regulatory agencies. * Conduct periodic technical inspections to verify compliance of processes and facilities with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Analyze and approve technical documents, such as SDSs, labels, procedure manuals, analytical reports, and technical data sheets. * Provide technical guidance to internal staff on the safe handling of chemical products, storage, waste disposal, and use of PPE. * Support audits and inspections, providing technical assistance and preparing corrective action plans when necessary. * Provide regulatory consulting services, identifying necessary adjustments to applicable chemical legislation. * Train or qualify employees, upon request, on topics related to chemical safety, legislation, and best practices. Prepare periodic technical reports demonstrating the activities carried out and guidance provided as an outsourced TR.
