The professional will directly support laboratory activities, assisting in handling bases, conducting tests, and technical documentation, always in compliance with quality, safety, and ANVISA regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** Assist in the research and development of new cosmetic formulations and products under the guidance of the sector's technical manager; Perform manipulation of cosmetic bases and preparation of samples for laboratory testing and presentations; Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance tests on new products and raw materials; Support the selection and evaluation of raw materials by comparing results and suggesting improvements; Collaborate in standardizing laboratory methods and procedures, ensuring reproducibility and quality; Participate in the technical documentation of processes, development sheets, and test reports; Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal safety and hygiene procedures; Assist in organizing the laboratory, sample control, and management of reagents and supplies; Work in synergy with Quality, Production, and Marketing departments, contributing to the launch of new products.
