The professional will play a key role in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, ensuring cosmetic products meet the highest technical and regulatory standards. We are seeking someone with an analytical mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail, capable of working collaboratively and proactively to ensure every step—from raw materials to finished product—strictly complies with current regulations and good manufacturing practices. **Responsibilities:** Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with quality specifications; Develop and maintain technical reports, control spreadsheets, and quality performance indicators (KPIs); Actively participate in the implementation, review, and updating of internal procedures and work instructions aligned with ANVISA regulations and RDC 48; Record, investigate, and address non-conformities, proposing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); Conduct internal audits in production areas, evaluating adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); Support the production department and other areas in process standardization and continuous quality improvement; Deliver training and awareness programs to employees, reinforcing the importance of hygiene, safety, and quality practices; Ensure all processes are properly documented, traceable, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. **Requirements:** Technical or higher education in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Cosmetology, or related fields; Proven experience in Quality Assurance processes within the cosmetics industry; Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles and knowledge of RDC 48 and other ANVISA regulations; Experience in document management, internal audits, and production process control; Familiarity with quality management tools (5S, Sankhya, or others) is desirable; Proficient in Excel and quality management systems. **Behavioral Competencies:** High sense of responsibility and professional ethics; Ability to work in an organized, methodical, and results-oriented manner; Proactive in identifying and solving problems; Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team; Commitment to continuous improvement and quality culture; Attention to detail and focus on failure prevention.
