Contact customers, route requests, and track responses. Organize and update documents, systems, and records. Monitor tickets and support service scheduling and timelines. Register Service Orders (SO) and provide support for administrative and operational routines. Assist in cash control and validation of reimbursement requests. **RESIDENCE**: Must reside in Esteio/RS or nearby areas. **REQUIREMENTS**: Completed high school education. Technical course or ongoing higher education in fields related to the role is desirable. Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
