




Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising, inspecting, and promoting workplace safety, aiming to prevent occupational accidents and diseases, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and inspect workplace safety 2. Promote safety training and awareness 3. Collaborate on projects to create a safe working environment 1.1 – **Supervise activities related to workplace safety**, ensuring conditions that eliminate or minimize the risk of occupational accidents, while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation; 1.2 – **Conduct inspections at workplaces**, identifying hazardous conditions and taking all necessary measures to eliminate such risks; 1.3 – **Develop training programs**, including pre-employment and routine safety training, as well as awareness programs and dissemination of safety standards and procedures, aiming to foster a preventive safety attitude among employees; 1.4 – **Distribute and monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)**, and recommend and inspect protective equipment where required by working conditions, aiming to reduce risks to workers’ safety and physical integrity; 1.5 – **Collaborate on projects involving building modifications or new company installations**, aiming to establish safer working conditions; 1.6 – **Assess occupational accident cases**, accompanying injured workers to receive appropriate medical care; 1.7 – **Collect and analyze occupational accident, occupational disease, and work-related illness statistics**, examining their causes and severity to implement preventive measures; 1.8 – **Investigate and analyze the causes of occupational diseases and the environmental conditions** in which they occur, taking legally mandated actions to prevent recurrence and correct unhealthy conditions causing such diseases; 1.9 – **Collaborate with and support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), the Internal Program for Accident Prevention (SIPAT), and the Emergency Brigade** in their programs, reviewing their observations and proposals to adopt corrective solutions for occupational accidents; 1.10 – Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and comply with company policies and guidelines.
