




Job Summary: Professional responsible for comprehensive building maintenance, including plumbing systems, civil works, painting, and general repairs, in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in general building maintenance (plumbing, civil works, painting, repairs) 2. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities 3. Teamwork and adherence to safety and quality standards **Daily Tasks** Install and maintain high- and low-pressure piping systems. Mark locations for piping, fittings, and wall/floor penetrations using measuring and marking instruments. Install sanitary ware, plumbing fixtures, sewage conduits, and other hydraulic components. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, replacing or repairing parts, pipes, valves, fittings, and equipment. Unclog sewage networks and perform preventive maintenance on main networks, inspection chambers, and stormwater drainage systems. Carry out general building maintenance tasks: plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, masonry, and painting. Construct simple foundations, masonry structures, apply coatings and screeds. Perform carpentry, metalworking, plastering, and waterproofing tasks. Carry out painting tasks, including surface preparation and application of paints and finishes. Perform general plumbing maintenance: installation, repairs, and maintenance of water, sewage, and gas systems. Conduct general building maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facilities. Assist other maintenance departments as needed in emergency situations. Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure service safety and efficiency. Comply with occupational safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. Perform other duties relevant to the position. **• Minimum Education** Completed high school. **• Desired Courses** Technical or vocational courses in building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, or related fields (preferred). **• Prior Experience** Experience in general building maintenance (plumbing, civil works, painting, repairs, and conservation). **• Technical Knowledge** Plumbing and building maintenance. Minor masonry, painting, and carpentry repairs. Basic electrical knowledge. Use of maintenance tools and equipment. Occupational safety standards.
