Job Summary: Professional to perform quality control tests on asphalt binders and aggregates, characterize products, develop new raw materials, and conduct technical visits to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Performs quality control tests on binders and aggregates. 2. Issues analysis certificates and performs asphalt mixture dosages. 3. Develops and evaluates new raw materials and conducts technical visits. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Conduct quality control tests on asphalt binders, performing laboratory tests: Saybolt-Furol Viscosity, Sedimentation, Sieving, Mixing with Cement, Particle Charge, pH, Distillation, Demulsibility, Penetration, Ductility, Softening Point, Brookfield Viscosity, Elastic Recovery, etc; 2\. Perform aggregate characterization tests: gradation, shape index, sand equivalent, specific gravity, etc; 3\. Issue analysis certificates with test results for characteristics of industrialized products; 4\. Perform asphalt mixture dosages: CBUQ, Cold Asphalt Microsurfacing, Surface Treatments, Anti-Dust Treatment, Cold Pre-Mixed Asphalt Concrete, Asphalt Slurries, etc; 5\. Conduct laboratory tests and pilot-scale productions to evaluate the performance of new raw materials; 6\. Collect effluent samples and perform laboratory tests to determine coagulant and alkalizer dosages for chemical treatment of industrial ETE batches; 7\. Populate product quality control spreadsheets; 8\. Clean equipment and instruments; prepare equipment, glassware, and similar materials; 9\. Assist in preparing technical reports; 10\. Organize work according to occupational safety, health, and environmental preservation standards; 11\. Conduct technical visits to customers. 12\. Perform work at heights above 2.00 meters. **SALARY:** R$ 2.800,00 + 30% hazard pay (total of R$ 3.640,00); After 90 days: R$ 2.000,00 + 30% hazard pay (total of R$ 3.900,00). **BENEFITS:** On-site meals; Basic food basket worth R$ 100.00; Health insurance; Fuel allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed technical, technological, or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Quality, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or related fields.
