For this position, your mission will be to carry out environmental activities aimed at ensuring conditions that eliminate or minimize the risk of environmental incidents, while complying with all relevant legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Be responsible for developing and maintaining the environmental aspects and impacts spreadsheet; Conduct environmental legislation analysis; Be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and analyzing environmental incident statistics; Analyze environmental indicators and take necessary actions with the responsible department; Be responsible for implementing and deploying environmental controls and ensuring their implementation; Archive and control environmental documents; Monitor the implementation of environmental programs; Carry out monitoring and control of environmental measurements (effluents, soil, treatment plant, etc.); Be responsible for selective waste collection and waste management program; Provide necessary support to occupational health and safety department; Develop and deliver internal training related to the environment; Conduct and record periodic inspections to assess environmental conditions; Perform QSMS audits; Research new technologies for environmental control; Seek continuous improvement of environmental controls and processes; Support the execution of environmental controls and processes; Guide employees on the sustainable use of resources provided by Makro (paper, plastic cups, packaging, water, electricity, etc.); **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical or Higher Education degree in environmental field; Intermediate Office software package skills; Knowledge of environmental and occupational legislation.
