Want to join this team? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise, guide, and perform building cleaning and maintenance activities, coordinating teams, controlling equipment and supplies, and ensuring service quality. * Monitor garage floor treatment, identifying the need for removals, wax applications, and periodic maintenance; * Oversee sidewalk cleaning, cleaning of all company premises (Head Office), and both warehouses, as well as occasionally intervene at branch offices; * Be responsible for controlling floor-cleaning equipment (buffer machines, hot water machines, etc.), ensuring proper use and maintenance; * Assist coordination in issuing and distributing work orders; * Monitor progress of performed services; * Identify staff training needs and report them to coordination; * Manage human resources under their responsibility; and act in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferably reside in Fortaleza or the metropolitan region; * Experience in the role (at least 6 months); * Completed high school education; * Problem-solving skills, dynamic attitude, and ability to work in a team; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel. **Additional Information** * Salary commensurate with market standards * Meal allowance * Food basket allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance (50% covered by the Company)* * Dental insurance (40% covered by the Company)* * Life insurance * On-site gym * Parking * Variable benefits depending on hiring location.
