Promotion of environmental education and partnership prospecting **PROJECT CONTEXT AND DESCRIPTION:** AVSI Brazil (www.avsibrasil.org.br) is a Brazilian non-profit organization established in 2007 to contribute to improving the living conditions of people facing vulnerability. It is a local organization operating within an international context through its partnership with the AVSI Foundation, an Italian NGO active in Brazil since the 1980s, which inspired the creation of AVSI Brazil. Its mission is to empower individuals facing vulnerability or humanitarian emergencies as protagonists of their own development, and that of their families and communities, through social projects across various sectors. Under its partnership with Enel Distribuição São Paulo and Ceará, AVSI Brazil will implement and systematically structure the ECOENEL PROGRAM — Exchange of waste for energy bill credits — starting in 2025. This initiative considers environmental education through recycling as a foundational element for building a society with greater social and environmental responsibility. **JOB SUMMARY:** The Administrative Analyst will monitor Ecoenel Project collection points, issue technical and performance reports, formulate recommendations for program expansion, prospect partnerships, submit monthly qualitative and quantitative results, and conduct research to develop new strategies. **MAIN JOB ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor Ecoenel Project collection points; Prepare monthly reports containing quantitative and qualitative results; Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to formulate new strategies; Prospect new partnerships to enhance the outcomes of energy efficiency projects; Promote environmental education activities through guidance on the recycling process; Perform appropriate verification of the Ecoenel Project’s environmental documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements; Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all Ecoenel Project activities; Participate in training sessions and other tasks assigned by the Organization; Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the job description, AVSI Brazil’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Internal Operational Procedures; Perform other related duties as required by the Project.
