




**JOB OPENING — STRATEGIC MARKETING ANALYST** **Employment Model:** To be defined (CLT or PJ) **Compensation:** R$ 3\.500 **Work Format:** On-site / Hybrid / Remote (adjust according to reality) **Job Objective** We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Analyst focused on **planning, coordinating, and aligning marketing initiatives**, ensuring that paid traffic, social media, and content are aligned with clients’ business objectives. This role requires strategic vision, strong client communication skills, and the ability to organize and guide execution. It is not exclusively an operational position. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and review marketing strategies per client. * Coordinate paid traffic, social media, and content initiatives. * Serve as the direct point of contact with clients (meetings, alignment sessions, and strategic direction). * Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. * Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and propose course corrections. * Create clear briefs and oversee deliverables from involved teams. * Ensure strategic consistency across positioning, communication, and acquisition. **What This Role Is Not** * It is not solely about campaign execution. * It is not operational social media management. * It is not a design position. * It is not a junior support role. **Requirements** * Prior experience in digital marketing (agency or product environment). * Practical knowledge of paid traffic (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads). * Strategic thinking ability and results analysis capability. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills and accountability in tracking activities. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing client relationships. * Exposure to digital products or SaaS. * Ability to present results clearly and objectively.
