Join a *Better Together* team where your individuality is respected and valued in every sense! **Responsibilities and Duties** If you possess an innovative, agile, and strategic professional profile for SEO roles—focused on websites and social media (Facebook/YouTube)—your work will be essential across all stages of the funnel, transforming data into actionable tactics and delivering concrete results. **Responsibilities and Key Duties** * Analyze content optimization processes on websites and social media (Facebook/YouTube) to recommend actions improving search engine rankings. * Develop strategies and implement plans to enhance organic ranking across platforms. * Translate data into practical insights and collaborate directly with Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) teams. * Provide technical input for structuring assets—including **asset matrix**, technical SEO (tags, titles, meta descriptions, sitemap, robots.txt, etc.), URL architecture (sitemap), and platform deployment support. * Propose solutions to increase the number of indexed pages and relevant backlinks. * Generate strategic reports and performance analyses using SEO tools, identifying new opportunities. * Monitor key performance metrics, competitors, and propose periodic optimizations. * Build documentation mapping the client’s complete SEO landscape. **Deliverables** * **Strategic content planning** guiding users through website navigation. * **Detailed monitoring** of key metrics, competitiveness, and rankings. * Comprehensive reports with performance analyses and insights oriented toward content and usability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum **2 years’ experience in SEO**, with both technical and strategic expertise. * Proficiency with tools such as: * **Google/Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Sheets**. * Platforms like **Semrush** (or similar). * Knowledge of **HTML, sitemaps, robots.txt, breadcrumbs**, and other technical SEO elements. * In-depth understanding of major **ranking factors and algorithm updates**. * Advanced **Excel** skills for data collection and analysis. * Familiarity with **User Experience (UX)** and **Digital Marketing**. * Preferred: Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week onsite * Location: Near Vila Madalena metro station Benefits: * Meal/food allowance (VA/VR): fixed monthly value of R$1,012.00, with no payroll deduction * Health insurance (100% covered by the company) * Life insurance up to 12 salaries * Birthday day off * Professional and academic development platform, plus external partnerships for skill enhancement * SESC membership * Totalpass MRM is a full-service agency within McCann Worldgroup, part of the Interpublic Group (IPG), with a primary focus on digital.
