Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position: * Map, analyze, and redesign organizational processes to ensure standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. * Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements. * Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks, supporting corporate risk management. * Develop, revise, control, and ensure the updating of normative documents (policies, procedures, work instructions, and manuals). * Apply quality management tools for indicator analysis, handling of nonconformities, and corrective and preventive actions. * Support and monitor institutional accreditation and certification processes (ONA and/or JCI), including adherence to quality and safety standards—with QOPI experience being a plus. * Monitor performance indicators and prepare managerial reports and results presentations. * Use Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, controls, spreadsheets, analyses, and decision-support presentations. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe in compassionate, holistic care and want to transform healthcare worldwide, our clinical services area offers an environment rooted in care and welcome.
