




**DESCRIPTION:** Ensure planning, control, and optimization of hotel production processes, guaranteeing operational efficiency, indicator accuracy, cost reduction, and strategic alignment across departments—directly contributing to performance, profitability, and service excellence. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement the Production Planning and Control (PCP) department across the hotel chain. * Develop and execute the strategic production plan. * Monitor and ensure achievement of established operational targets. * Analyze internal processes and propose continuous improvements. * Conduct market research and cost analyses. * Create, monitor, and present performance indicators (KPIs). * Monitor departmental performance: per capita metrics, inflation indices, inventories, extra consumption, and business profitability. * Directly participate in menu development and production technical sheets in collaboration with the Executive Chef. * Attend alignment meetings with managers, chefs, and executive leadership. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in PCP or Operations Management is desirable. * Experience in PCP, including hands-on experience in kitchen PCP. * Knowledge of production planning, cost control, inventory management, and performance indicators (KPIs). * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strategic vision. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and hierarchical levels. * Willingness to travel between locations. * Personal vehicle (preferred). **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:** * Health and dental insurance * On-site meals * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Monthly and annual attendance bonus * Birthday day off + gift * Psychological support program * University tuition discounts * Discounts at network hotels * Maternity assistance * Housing allowance (for candidates from other states) **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
