Only education transforms! **As a Senior IT Analyst - Networks, your challenges will include:** * Administering, configuring, and monitoring corporate routers and switches to ensure network performance, stability, and high availability; * Implementing and managing firewall security policies, including rules, NAT, VPNs, objects, traffic inspection, and monitoring; * Administering and optimizing the SD-WAN architecture to ensure efficiency, resilience, and connectivity among branches and data centers; * Troubleshooting complex network incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing definitive solutions; * Integrating network solutions with monitoring, automation, and observability tools; * Developing and maintaining technical documentation, diagrams, inventories, and configuration standards; * Supporting network infrastructure expansion, modernization, and continuous improvement projects—from technical design through implementation; * Conducting capacity, performance, and security analyses, proposing ongoing improvements and optimizations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Essential Requirements:** * Experience in corporate network environments, with focus on Routing and Switching; * Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP); * Advanced knowledge of VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, QoS, and VPNs; * Proven experience administering firewalls (configuration, policy definition, object management, and monitoring); * Experience with SD-WAN architecture; * Advanced troubleshooting skills using tools such as Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP, Syslog, or similar; * Proven experience administering Wi-Fi infrastructure; * Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields; * Availability for 100% in-person work at our headquarters in Osasco. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience integrating monitoring and observability solutions; * Experience in corporate network modernization or expansion projects; * Knowledge of network automation or configuration standardization; * Technical certifications in networking and security. **And here are the great benefits we offer:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* At the Educational Center, we provide a relaxation area equipped with sofas and poufs, a game room, video games, a deck, a kitchenette for your meals, and a nursing room for mothers.
