




Job Summary: This role involves producing internal and external communications content, managing press relations, monitoring media, and supporting institutional communication efforts. Cover events and manage content on digital platforms **Responsibilities:** \- Produce internal marketing content, including articles for the internal blog and institutional materials for internal dissemination; \- Conduct research, writing, and editing of institutional and high-impact texts; \- Execute press advisory activities, including drafting press releases, preparing press materials, and responding to journalistic requests; \- Prepare and update a daily media clipping report tracking spontaneous media coverage; \- Cover institutional events journalistically, producing informative texts and records; \- Review and verify event notices to support the preparation of press releases and related activities; \- Produce and publish content on digital platforms, such as WordPress; \- Support management in drafting texts and adapting language for institutional channels; \- Use Microsoft Office suite and computerized systems to organize content, generate reports, and perform administrative communication tasks; \- Prepare quantitative reports on media placements and internal projects of the Communications Advisory Office. **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism. **Prerequisites:** \- Microsoft Office – Intermediate level. \- Knowledge of microcomputer operation. \- Experience in producing internal marketing content. \- Knowledge of researching and writing institutional and high-impact texts. \- Basic knowledge of social media. \- Experience in journalistic coverage of events. \- Familiarity with WordPress and web content publishing. \- Ability to read public tender and competition notices is a plus. \- Experience in press advisory services is a plus. **Work Location (On-site):** SAAN Q 01 Lots 1115 to 1145 – Brasília/DF – Cebraspe Headquarters Building **Working Hours:** 8 hours per day, 44 hours per week **Remuneration:** R$ 4.444,56 **Benefits:** VA (R$73.59 per day) and VT.
