Accelerate your essence. \- **Responsibilities:** Support the development of the organizational structure and staff assignments per unit for registration in SEI Bahia; Model administrative business processes and citizen services, focusing on efficiency and digitalization; Identify and standardize documents and procedural workflows; Drive continuous process improvement by reducing bottlenecks and unnecessary steps; Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses for municipal staff on processes and SEI usage; Encourage advancement and replication of best practices through collaborative networks among municipalities; Contribute to mapping and implementing new digital processes and services in city halls; Produce technical documentation and progress reports on implemented actions. **Requirements:** Proven experience in modeling and improving administrative processes (public sector experience is a plus); Experience in digital transformation projects in either the public or private sector; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively for staff training; Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0, Bizagi); Basic/intermediate knowledge of the Electronic Information System (SEI); Willingness to undertake occasional travel to municipalities in Bahia.
