If you identify with the meticulousness, consistency, and persistence that drive us—if you believe in continuous improvement and place the customer at the center of your actions—and if you seek a collaborative, challenging environment where ambition meets the opportunity to scale, then Stark Bank is the place for you. **The Challenge** As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between Product and Sales, ensuring each product or feature launch reaches the market with clear positioning, competitive differentiation, and effective supporting materials. ### **You will:** * Design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products in partnership with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams. * Conduct benchmarks and competitive analyses to identify market positioning, messaging, differentiators, and opportunities. * Support the Product team in creating and structuring sales decks, institutional presentations, and commercial narratives. * Plan the go-to-market communication strategy, defining: Communication channels (website, blog, social media, paid media, PR, events, etc.); Launch timeline and funnel stages; Supporting materials (landing pages, emails, one-pagers, video scripts, etc.). * Collaborate with the Growth and Content teams to ensure message consistency across all touchpoints. * Train the sales team by disseminating the sales pitch, key differentiators, and supporting materials. * Measure and report launch results based on KPIs related to engagement, lead generation, and pipeline impact. ### **What You Must Have:** * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; * Prior experience in product marketing, preferably in fintechs, SaaS, or technology companies; * Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market research and benchmarking; * Experience developing commercial narratives and materials; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Intermediate or advanced English (for international market analysis and benchmarking). ### **What Would Boost Your Chances:** * Experience in financial infrastructure, open finance, payment methods, or banking-as-a-service companies; * Knowledge of technical product positioning (API, SDK, white-label platforms, etc.); **What We Offer:**At Stark Bank, we invest in your success and believe in a workplace where you can thrive.
