




A home goods store is seeking a Human Resources Department Assistant in Fortaleza. Casa Freitas is a retail chain offering a wide variety of home and decoration products. Focused on quality and affordable prices, the company meets diverse consumer needs. **Responsibilities:** Manage work schedule tracking processes, guiding managers in monitoring absences (justifications for late arrivals, absences, days off, and time-off compensations) via the electronic timekeeping system. Create work schedules according to store operating hours and input them into the system after validation by the Executive Board. Calculate overtime bank balances (debit and credit) and send weekly reports to managers for team administration. Process Transportation Allowance and Meal Allowance requests after reviewing and verifying employee absences for the month. Support management in designing and implementing HR processes, routines, events, and internal policies. Attend meetings and training sessions as requested by the company and HR management.
