




Responsible for providing specialized technical support to institutional telephony systems and equipment, ensuring efficient, secure, and continuous operation of STF’s communication services. All share a common strategic vision focused on excellence in service delivery and solution implementation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Network Management and Architecture:** Design, implement, and optimize local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and Internet Service Provider (ISP) networks, ensuring scalability, redundancy, and high availability. * **Level 3 (N3) Support:** Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical incidents and problems unresolved by Level 1 (N1) and Level 2 (N2) support, covering servers, networks, firewalls, links, and workstations. * **Information Security:** Implement and manage network security policies, including firewall configuration and maintenance, intrusion prevention/detection systems (IPS/IDS), and antivirus solutions. * **Monitoring and Optimization:** Proactively monitor the performance of equipment and operating systems, performing interventions and corrections to ensure environmental stability. * **Telephony and Data Communications:** Design and maintain data communication networks and telephony systems (VoIP, PABX), defining physical deployment alternatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Networking CCNA, HCNA, or LPCI-1 certification 6 months of experience **Additional Information** We value our employees and therefore offer a benefits package designed to support their well-being, security, and quality of life, including: Transportation Allowance – Assistance for daily commuting between residence and workplace.
