




We are seeking a qualified professional to work in the Communications and Marketing area, with a focus on brand strengthening, digital positioning, and engagement strategies. Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and manage the company’s institutional communications • Manage corporate social media channels: • Instagram • LinkedIn • Customer groups (WhatsApp) • Develop internal and external campaigns • Create strategies for promoting the company’s products, services, and initiatives • Review, standardize, and monitor all company packaging to ensure alignment with brand visual identity • Develop editorial calendars • Produce institutional and promotional content • Monitor metrics, engagement, and results • Ensure consistency in language and brand positioning Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields (or currently enrolled) • Experience managing corporate social media • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of responsibility • Strategic and creative mindset • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) • Basic knowledge of branding and brand positioning Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with corporate campaigns • Knowledge of copywriting • Experience in brand management • Experience in strategic marketingWork Schedule Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Food allowance * Commuter pass Work Location: On-site
