We seek an analytical, creative, and results-oriented professional. Responsibilities * Plan and execute institutional and digital marketing campaigns; * Manage social media platforms and editorial calendars; * Create and review content (posts, email marketing, institutional materials); * Monitor metrics (engagement, reach, leads, ROI); * Support endomarketing initiatives and corporate events; * Liaise with vendors and partners. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role; * Knowledge of digital metrics (Meta Ads, Google Analytics); * Strong writing and strategic communication skills; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Office/Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in institutional branding; * Familiarity with marketing automation tools; * Basic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe).
