Responsibilities and duties: Conduct patrols in the store's internal and external areas, monitoring employee and customer entry and exit, with attention to suspicious behaviors or movements. Monitor the goods receipt process, verifying invoices, seals, and integrity of shipments. Perform periodic checklists in store departments, checking product expiration dates, proper storage conditions, product temperatures, and compliance with established standards. Monitor activity within the store premises via the CCTV system (when available), identifying and reporting irregularities. Requirements and qualifications: High school diploma. Previous experience in loss prevention, asset security, or related fields is desirable. Good computer and technology skills, including use of computers, tablets, and monitoring systems. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (filters, spreadsheets, data entry, etc.). Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:18 PM (fixed weekly day off and one Sunday off every two Sundays worked).
