




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus; * Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling/publication tools, as well as basic understanding of metric analysis (Google Analytics, Meta Business, among others); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to work on-site; * Must reside in São Paulo/SP. * Support the planning, execution, and analysis of brand content strategies and campaigns, contributing to strengthening our online presence and generating tangible results in engagement and performance; * Plan the monthly social media content calendar, monitoring trends, audience behavior, and competitors’ activities; * Approve creative assets and content developed by the agency for social media (primarily Instagram and TikTok), ensuring consistency with the Brandbook and brand identity; * Monitor and analyze performance metrics (organic and paid), identify optimization opportunities, and track campaign ROI; * Support the development of initiatives and projects that reinforce brand preference, analyzing opportunities aligned with the company’s current context and strategy; * Update the website with relevant content and information regarding products, events, and news; * Provide support to other departments, ensuring correct use of brand visual identity and communication guidelines; * Assist in structuring and managing the marketing budget, obtaining quotations from vendors and reviewing monthly financial reports; * Contribute new ideas and improvements to digital processes, campaigns, and initiatives. 251221020255967193
