




Junior Customer Service Analyst I (BILINGUAL) Responsibilities: * Conduct proactive customer service to assess company/product quality (After\-Sales); * Respond to support requests from internal and external customers regarding systems, tools, equipment, and environments; * Manage support requests, maintaining an appropriate record of them; * Create and keep updated the usage procedures for the tool (FAQ and step\-by\-step guides); * Deliver training to end users; * Collaborate with other team members to resolve, handle, and track support requests; * Maintain internal machines. Desired Skills: * Proficiency in basic computer tools, spreadsheets, text editors, Chrome, Firefox, Slack, Jira, and Trello. * Intermediate/Advanced Spanish (Conversation) \- Mandatory requirement, as this position is for supporting customers of the Spain operation, which will commence in 90 days. Education: * Currently pursuing a university degree or technical course in IT, preferably in Networking or related fields.
