We are seeking a Financial Analyst to work at our Brooklin unit in São Paulo/SP, near Berrini Station. The Thathi Group is one of the country's leading communications groups, operating TV stations in Araçatuba, São José do Rio Preto, Presidente Prudente, São José dos Campos, Campinas, Santos, and Ribeirão Preto, as well as 15 radio stations—including 11 from the Novabrasil Network—and Difusora, Cultura, Central, and Rádio 79. Responsibilities and Requirements: * Responsible for entering, verifying, and scheduling payments in the Protheus system; * Management and organization of accounts payable, including suppliers, services, taxes, reimbursements, etc.; * Perform payment reconciliations and support verification of bank statements; * Monitor due dates to ensure deadlines are met and avoid delays and penalties; * Verify fiscal documents and contracts prior to payment execution; * Interface with suppliers to clarify questions and align deadlines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); * Experience handling and managing demands across multiple companies; * Organized profile with high attention to deadlines and detail; * Experience with the TOTVS Protheus system is a plus; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Are you available to work on-site? * Have you worked with the Protheus system in the financial module? * Have you previously handled accounts payable for multiple companies?
